HP 1500L Color Laserjet Printer

HP 1500L Color Laserjet Printer

This HP color laser is designed as an entry level model. With the HP Laserjet 1500L you don't have to suffer poor print performance for the price. What you get for under $800 is good quality printing and inexpensive running costs.

Basically this model is a cut down version of the HP Color LaserJet 2500 series which starts at about $1000. You get the same print engine but much less memory. This makes the HP 1500L a little less suited to sharing print jobs in an office or workgroup.

This HP color laser takes cyan, magenta, yellow, and black laser toner cartridges which are supplied. HP rates the black toner cartridge ($83) at about 5,000 pages and the color cartridges ($100 each) for about 4,500. The printers imaging drum ($174) can last for as many as 20,000 black pages or as few as 5,000 color ones, with HP predicting most users will see 6,000 to 8,000 pages' use.

specifications:

  • black: up to 16 ppm
  • color: up to 4 ppm
  • Total Media Capacity 375 sheets
  • 600 dpi x 600 dpi for both black and color
  • up to 2 input trays

Color laser printers are still quite a bit larger than their monochrome counterparts and much larger than inkjet printers. They also consume a fair amount of electricity and vent hot air. Keep this in mind when you decide where to place your lovely new printer.

The HP 1500L is one of the more noisy color laser printers around but you cannot fault its printing ability. Text is great and although images never come out great on plain paper color graphs and diagrams and produced crisply.

Print times for this printer is comparable to others of it's class and don't warrant praise or criticism.

Apple the exclusive US retailer of Samsung's new printers

Samsung's new printers

Korea's Chosun Ilbo English language site is reporting that Apple will be the exclusive retailer of Samsung's "world's slimmest monochrome laser printer" ML-1630 and multi-function SCX-4500. Otherwise known as the "Swan" and "Logan" respectively. According to an unnamed Samsung official, "Apple suggested the exclusive sales of Samsung's new printers at its retail stores. Apple is charmed by their sleek design and convenient user interface." How sweet. But until we see a press release from either Apple or Samsung, we'll chalk this one up to rumor mongering for the time being.

Update: The pair is already available "exclusively" from Apple's on-line store for $200 and $300 and should be on Apple shelves already.

new printer, Brother HL5370DW

Brother HL5370DW

If you want to buy some printer to work at your office or do work at home. Many people consideration is abour ink efficient, print speed , startup time but I’m think about only one consideration point, that is quality of print and this is a one of printer I buy yesterday “Brother HL5370DW” and I will share the experience for you to consider about this guy.

I decided that this is becoz the most important functions such as duplexing and wireless at an affordable price, this is all going perfectly.  It ’s easy to see the router everything my way. duplex auto works great! There are many more expensive printers are not even the duplex. The only thing that I have this provision should be made with plastic parts, too fragile. WPA2 are connected fine and the receiver a lot. Another favorite feature, you can press the “Go” button on the printer for a few seconds and reprints of previous work for you, which comes in handy when you want to print coupons that allow only one print. I read that it is strong. I disagree. It sounds like a typical machine when printing, where the fans spin up. Heating takes a few seconds then prints at a speed that blows away my old HP 5L. Goes back to silence, once the finished work. The printer is a bit ‘big, maybe only for B / W printer, but its clean form of a nut that is well placed on the table.I installed the driver on a laptop with Windows 7 easily find the printer, virtually foolproof. I had no problems installing the software on my desktop Windows 7. For those who are intimidated by hearing words like SSID and WPA2 etc., may find the setup instructions confusing. The instructions, in each case assume that the reader has some knowledge about their home networking equipment. To these people I always suggest to get the neighbor’s son. It has a beautiful view simple Web interface into the printer when you can change the settings, and you see all the things you want pretentious firmware and settings etc. I did not have envelopes and tried so many reviewers have said, Envelopes probably a nuisance. Even without trying, I can say. The steps are to open the front door, insert, slide the paper guides to the envelope, the envelope, push the back door of the printer down the lever two, that’s very easy and convenience. I’m highly recommended this printer for office worker and serious printer at home too and this is not my 2c, it’s real!

I buy this printer from the HL5370DW website. These website I can find lowest price because admin choose best price available from popular online store, check it and you will never regret.

The Epson Artisan 800

Epson Artisan 800

The quality of print on this baby is insane. It almost seems a travesty to print boring, old text documents on her (even though she does so quickly and wonderfully!) because she does such a super fab job at printing gorgeous photos.  And that is a huge benefit – I have tons of photos of my little boy, but in this digital age, I rarely remember to order prints.  The last time I ordered prints to frame and hang on our walls, he was a chubby little, thin haired cherub. (March 2007!)

The photo quality is so outstanding that NO ONE will EVER even wonder if they are professional prints or not. LOVE IT!  The photographer in me wants to MARRY this printer.
And you know what’s super sweet?  I don’t have to have cords dragging me down!  I can print to this amazing printer from anywhere in my house, because it’s wireless! So whether I’m in the office on the PC or using a laptop on the couch, I can send my documents to the Epson Artisan 800 and they’ll be waiting for me when I’m ready to retrieve them.  But even better? I don’t even have to go to my computer to print photos if I don’t want to – I can stick my memory card RIGHT INTO THE PRINTER! There’s a viewfinder and menu and I can make corrections and print beautiful photos without ever having to touch my computer.  Now that’s technology, peeps.

The Stylus Photo R390 crunches print jobs at speeds of up to 30 pages per minute for both black text and colour prints. For photo prints, the speed is 4R-sized photographs in 13 seconds each.

The Stylus Photo R390 comes with a generous, super bright, 3.5-inch LCD screen for easy viewing. To make printing straightforward, the photo selection controls located on both sides of the screen enable hassle-free navigation and printing options.

The advanced printer is able to operate as a stand-alone, and supports printing without a PC. Backed with ports for PictBridge devices, USB Direct Print, IrDA, and optional Bluetooth, wired and wireless printing is achieved with similar efficiency. In addition, the card slot bay accepts all popular memory card formats.

The printer incorporates the Epson Claria Photo System, a twin system consisting of Claria PhotoEnhance software and Claria Photographic inks.

While the Claria PhotoEnhance software automatically corrects colour and lighting imperfections in digital images, Claria Photographic inks help in bridging the gap between home printing and photo lab printing.
The new inks offer richer colour tones, excellent depth, stunning clarity, and improved glossiness.

The printer includes Epson's award-winning Micro Piezo system for reliability and consistency in printing. Paired with Epson's Advanced Variable Sized Droplet Technology (VSDT), ink droplets in five different sizes can be procured, starting from 1.5 picolitre.
